As the sommelier-to-the-stars at Pacific Dining Car and Sterling Steakhouse in Los Angeles, Jonathan shared his passion and knowledge for wine. His goal is to entertain and educate people who might be intimidated by fancy labels and the wine tasting process.

THE BEGINNING

Incorporating his down-to-earth, relaxed style, Jonathan has developed wine lists for such restaurants as Morton’s Steakhouse Beverly Hills, Spazio, Sterling Steakhouse, and Pacific Dining Car where he features many of the greatest wines from around the world.

A history major and former touring musician, Jonathan's journey began at the famed Morton's Steakhouse, where he worked as a waiter to pay the bills. While there, Jonathan quickly developed a keen sense for wine and was quickly promoted to captain and later sommelier.
